Our History

PADMINI Exports & Imports was founded by Reddy Mohana, a visionary entrepreneur with a deep passion for international markets. Born in India and educated in Germany, Reddy gained valuable experience as an executive in India before realizing his dream of starting his own company. This dream was to bring the treasures of his homeland India — a country rich in traditions, unique craftsmanship, and high-quality products — to the world.

To drive expansion into the European market, he partnered with his longtime friend Efrem Russom. The two share not only a 20-year friendship but also a common vision to create something extraordinary. Efrem, an expert in digitalization and customer management with many years of leadership experience, is responsible for building and managing our European customer base.

Their close friendship dates back to their time studying together in Germany and is driven by a strong commitment to lead a successful company.
